To process a chip card transaction on your terminal, follow the steps below.
- Insert the card into the card reader with the gold contact pad facing upward. The chip card reader is located in front of the terminal, below the keyboard.
- Leave the chip card in the reader until the transaction is completed.
- Remove the card when prompted by the terminal.
- The terminal screen prompts will guide you through the transaction process.
