If the refund feature is activated on your PAX terminal, follow the steps below based on your device type.
- Open the Payment app from the main menu of the terminal.
- Tap the Transaction history tab (located at the bottom of the screen, second icon from the left).
- Select the transaction to refund, tap Refund, then confirm with OK.
- Enter your merchant password. (If you don’t remember your password, contact Helpdesk.)
- Enter the refund amount (up to the original sale value), then tap Refund.
- Ask the customer to tap, insert or swipe their card to complete the refund.
