Before using your terminal, follow these steps to ensure a smooth setup.
- Check your welcome email.
You should have received a welcome email sent to the email address you provided during registration. It contains your terminal credentials, a set-up guide and step-by-step instructions for activating and configuring your device.
- Ensure network readiness.
- For terminals using 3G or 4G: Make sure the SIM card is inserted and that there is sufficient network coverage.
- For terminals using Wi-Fi: Ensure the network is accessible and the internet connection is stable.
If you haven’t received the welcome email or are unable to connect your terminal, contact Helpdesk.
