If your PAX terminal isn’t printing properly, try the steps below.
- Check the battery.
- Printing won’t work if the battery is below 10%. Make sure there are at least a few bars showing.
- Check printing settings.
- Open the Payment app from the main menu of the terminal.
- Go to Settings (cogwheel) → Printing Options.
- Make sure Automatic Printing is turned on.
- Check the paper roll.
- Check the paper roller and printer lid for damage.
- Change the paper roll and make sure the paper compartment is closed properly.
- If the receipts come out white, probably the paper roll is not placed correctly.
