If your PAX terminal can’t connect to Wi-Fi, follow the steps below.
- Restart the terminal.
- Restart the Wi-Fi router.
- Double-check the Wi-Fi password and make sure it’s entered correctly.
- Forget the saved Wi-Fi network.
- Go to terminal Settings (cogwheel) and enter the password: pax9876@@ or 9876.
- Tap Wi-Fi → Cogwheel (top right) → Saved Networks.
- Select your network and tap Forget.
- Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network and try again.
- Reset Wi-Fi network settings (if still not working).
- Go to terminal Settings (cogwheel) and enter the password: pax9876@@ or 9876.
- Tap More → Network settings reset.
- Test with a mobile hotspot to check if the issue is with the terminal or your network.
