If your PAX terminal isn’t charging, follow the steps below.
- Restart the terminal.
- Remove and reinsert the battery.
- Ensure to use the original charger to charge the terminal.
- Check the cradle or cable.
- Make sure it’s plugged into a working power outlet.
- Ensure it’s clean and the connection is secure.
- Test the charger with another terminal of the same model.
- Update the terminal firmware.
