If you can't see your transactions, it may be due to processing timelines, incorrect menu selection, or filter settings. Log into your merchant portal and follow the steps below based on how the transaction was processed.
For transactions processed through the POS terminal
- Go to Card Present.
- Choose the relevant acquirer from the list.
- Select Processed transactions.
- Check if the transaction filters (date, amount, etc.) are set correctly in the back office.
Important notice:
- Transactions appear in the back office the day after they're processed.
- Amex transactions don't appear in the back office. They can only be viewed directly on the terminal.
For transitions processed through the virtual terminal (VT)
- Select Payment Transactions (main navigation menu).
- Click on Payment Transactions again.
- Check if the transaction filters (date, amount, etc.) are set correctly in the back office.
