If contactless payments aren’t working on your terminal, try the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Restart the terminal by turning it off and then back on.
- Position the card correctly by placing it flat against the contactless symbol on the terminal.
- Hold the card in place for 2–3 seconds to ensure it is read properly.
- Try inserting the same card and completing a transaction using the chip and PIN.
- Test with another contactless card to determine if the issue lies with the original card.
