Signal loss is usually caused by weak Wi-Fi or mobile network coverage. Try these steps to resolve the issue.
- Check network coverage.
Make sure you're in range of your Wi-Fi or mobile (4G) network.
- a. Wi-Fi users.
- Make sure it's connected to the right Wi-Fi network.
- Stay close to the router for a stronger signal.
- Use a Wi-Fi extender if needed.
- b. Mobile network (SIM Card) users.
- Check that the SIM card is properly inserted and not damaged.
- Try using the terminal in a different area for better signal.
- Switch to another SIM or network if possible.
- Restart the terminal.
Turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Test another network
Try a different Wi-Fi or 4G connection to see if the issue is with the original network.
