To take a payment over the phone using the virtual terminal, log into your merchant portal and follow the steps below.
- Choose Virtual Terminal from the main navigation menu on the left of the screen.
- Select Sale as transaction type.
- From the dropdown menu, select the terminal you would like to use - it should include MOTO at the end of the terminal name.
- Complete all the mandatory fields.
- Select Process to complete the payment.
